⋐ Meet Sarah LMT, CMLDT ⋑
After years of living with chronic pain, Sarah discovered the profound impact that skilled massage therapy and soft tissue work can have on the body. Experiencing this relief firsthand inspired her to help others who are struggling with pain and searching for effective, lasting solutions.
Sarah believes education is essential to meaningful progress. Understanding how your body functions can empower you to make informed changes and take an active role in your healing. Lasting improvement requires both knowledge and commitment.
With ten years of experience in a hospital setting, Sarah brings a strong clinical foundation to her practice. At the Cleveland Clinic, she spent seven years working in the operating room and the past year collaborating with chiropractors, helping patients gain the tools and understanding needed to improve their quality of life.
Sarah is dedicated to providing therapeutic bodywork that supports overall wellness. Her goal is to help educate you to improve soft tissue function, reduce pain and promote relaxation through personalized treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Sarah is a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (CMLDT), has training in fascial distortions, and holds a Reiki Level II certification.
⋐ Massage - THERAPY ⋑
It's right there in the name...
I'm a firm believer that massage is a therapy and should be treated as such. My sessions focus on finding and addressing a dysfunction. But I'm not going to be the one doing all the work! If you want to feel better and see results, you have to be willing to make the changes that are going to get you there.
Our bodies speak to us!
Do you know how to listen?
Let me show you how to REALLY listen! I can help you feel more present in your body. We can figure out together what your body is trying to tell you and set you on a path towards pain relief and addressing the discomforts in your body.
